This programme provides a blend of theoretical concepts and tools of startegic management and practical implementation in business realities. Students upon successful completion of the course will be able to contribute towards strategy formulation and implementation. Students will also be able to start making strategic decision within organisation. This is complex and intensive course covering all aspects relevant for effective business change in order to gain organisational competetive advantage.

Programme takes 12 weeks - 2 evenings per week

How course is being delivered?

This programme is being delivered online via school's platform. Students are granted an access to platform where all materials are available. However classes take place online on specific days, lectures are being recorded, and can be accessed anytime, and anywhere for those who cannot attend. This is fully interactive class where each student takes part in discussions. Classes consists of max 12 people.

Technical Requirements to access the prgramme.

Students must possess electronic device - Smartfone, Tablet or Laptop with internet access in order to attend lectures.

Certification

Student upon successful completion of the course are awarded Expementor industry recognised certification

Assessment

In order to successfuly complete this programme students are required to provide a task portfolio covering particular areas discussed throughout the course. Final assessment requires completion of case study project based on selected business area. The form of assessment is written, supported with presentation.
